Supply Chain Planning & Analytics Associate

Accenture is hiring Supply Chain Planning & Analytics Associates for its Mumbai office. As a Supply Chain Planning & Analytics Associate, you will support end-to-end supply planning operations, optimize inventory levels, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and improve supply chain efficiency using advanced planning tools and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Master Supply Plans (MPS) aligned with demand forecasts and production capacity.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels while maintaining target Days of Supply (DOS).
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Sales, Finance, Brand Management, and Operations teams.
• Perform scenario planning to identify and resolve supply chain risks.
• Track KPIs including inventory, fill rates, delivery performance, and operational costs.
• Maintain planning master data and ensure data accuracy within supply chain systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support risk mitigation activities related to production delays, shortages, and supply disruptions.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning and Inventory Management.
• Experience with supply planning tools such as o9 or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

Eligibility:

• Any Graduation.
• 1–3 years of relevant supply chain or planning experience.
• Experience in planning, procurement, inventory, or logistics operations is preferred.
