Team Lead – AMZL (Amazon Logistics)

Amazon is hiring for the position of Team Lead – AMZL (Amazon Logistics) in Bengaluru. In this role, you will work closely with the Delivery Center Manager to coordinate shift operations, manage delivery associates, monitor operational performance, and ensure deliveries are completed efficiently. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence by identifying improvement opportunities, resolving day-to-day challenges, and ensuring sufficient workforce availability during peak business periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Delivery Center Manager in managing day-to-day shift operations.
• Coordinate delivery station activities to ensure timely order dispatch and customer deliveries.
• Monitor team productivity and delivery performance while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Ensure adequate staffing and resource allocation during peak operational hours.
• Track operational metrics and recommend improvements to enhance delivery performance.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to resolve operational challenges quickly.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze operational data using Microsoft Excel and prepare performance reports.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
• Lead by example, motivate team members, and foster a customer-first work environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or customer-facing operations.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and operational targets.
