Team Lead

TaskUs is seeking a Team Lead to manage day-to-day planning and operations for customer support teams in Airoli, India. The Team Lead drives teammate performance to hit specific target goals, ensuring full adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Core responsibilities include organizing schedule compliance, generating detailed performance reports, and documenting direct client feedback. Additionally, the leader serves as an organizational bridge between teammates and other departments, resolving workplace conflicts or internal HR issues, and spearheading team huddles and coaching sessions to continuously build a superior customer experience environment.
