TaskUs is looking for a Team Leader - Remote Desktop Support to lead a team of remote technical support engineers and oversee day-to-day operations out of Airoli, India. The leader handles shift schedules, monitors target KPIs, and drives compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Core operational obligations consist of conducting coaching sessions or team huddles, identifying workflow weaknesses, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral issues for an international user base. Additionally, the leader will configure VPN channels, deploy multi-factor authentication solutions (including Yubikey), document technical logs in Jira, and collaborate cross-functionally across global time zones to resolve complex escalations.
