Technology Solutions Lead

TaskUs is seeking a highly motivated Technology Solutions Lead (also referred to as a Digital Solutions Lead) to drive technical support during the pre-sales process and identify opportunities for automated digital solutions from Airoli, India. The lead serves as the primary point of contact for clients, drafting high-quality and timely responses for requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs). Core operational obligations consist of conducting tailored product demonstrations, analyzing workflows alongside operations teams, and performing comprehensive process mapping to isolate scalable upselling paths. Additionally, the lead must track competitive market trends to provide product improvement insights, collaborate with sales teams to drive recurring revenue expansion, and seamlessly coordinate milestones across fast-paced post-sales implementations.
