Training Manager

TaskUs is searching for a Senior Training Manager (internally referred to as a Senior Learning Experience Manager) to oversee the daily execution of site-wide training initiatives and campaign-specific programs out of Airoli, India. The manager leads the Product Training branch of the Learning and Development team, directly selecting, instructing, and providing daily work guidance for localized Training Managers and Supervisors. Core operational functions require developing detailed training curricula, technical lesson plans, and evaluation matrices designed to advance task mastery for Teammates and Team Leaders alike. Additionally, the manager acts as an in-house instructional expert, establishes year-long training calendars featuring clear quarterly milestones, and drafts comprehensive corporate training policies and quality verification systems to align operational outcomes with broader business goals.
