Training Manager

TaskUs is seeking a Senior Training Manager (internally known as a Senior Learning Experience Manager) to direct site-wide educational initiatives and campaign-specific programs out of Navi Mumbai, India. The manager will take full charge of the Product Training branch of the Learning and Development team, assuming direct responsibility for selecting, instructing, and providing ongoing professional guidance to local Training Managers and Supervisors. Core day-to-day operations involve engineering structured learning curricula, technical modules, and targeted assessment pathways designed to maximize campaign task mastery and skill progression for both Teammates and Team Leaders. Additionally, the leader will collaborate closely with Operations, establish a year-long training calendar containing distinct quarterly milestones, and design comprehensive departmental policies and quality testing tools to guarantee that training outcomes remain tightly aligned with broader business objectives.
