Visual Design Associate

Accenture is hiring a Visual Design Associate in Mumbai for a full-time opportunity in Marketing Operations and Visual Design and Development. The role is suitable for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in motion graphics, visual design, video production, or related creative fields.

As a Visual Design Associate, you will create engaging visual and motion content for video advertisements, standalone videos, demonstrations, and other marketing materials. The role involves transforming storyboards and visual concepts into high-quality video content while ensuring consistency with brand and corporate guidelines.

The position requires hands-on knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with 3DS MAX, Blender, and Adobe Audition is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually engaging motion graphics for video advertisements and standalone video content.
• Develop engaging storytelling clips and demonstrations using multiple video clips and source files.
• Produce full-length video content based on storyboards, creative briefs, and visual concepts.
• Review, edit, refine, and enhance videos to meet project objectives and quality standards.
• Conceptualize visual content and translate creative ideas into effective video experiences.
• Use Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for visual and video production.
• Maintain consistency with brand and corporate visual guidelines.
• Collaborate with client agencies and internal team members on creative projects.
• Coordinate planning schedules and ensure assigned creative deliverables are completed on time.
• Solve routine creative and production-related problems using established guidelines and processes.
• Work effectively as an individual contributor while collaborating with the wider team.

Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience in motion graphics or visual design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Ability to conceptualize and create engaging visual content.
• Understanding of video editing and motion graphics production.
• Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking skills.
• Understanding of brand and corporate design guidelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with client agencies and creative teams.
• Experience with 3DS MAX and Blender is beneficial.
• Adobe Audition knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Outlook.

Work Schedule: Candidates should be flexible to work in shifts, including night shifts, depending on business and project requirements.

Eligibility: Candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation qualification and 1–3 years of relevant experience in motion graphics, video editing, visual design, or creative production can apply.
