Visual Design Associate

Accenture is hiring a Visual Design Associate in Navi Mumbai for a full-time opportunity in Talent Development and Learning Delivery Instruction. As a Visual Design Associate, you will contribute to the development of engaging visual materials for learning and instructional programs. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visual and media assets for learning and instructional activities under supervision.
• Support the development of graphic design materials that help achieve organizational learning objectives.
• Conceptualize and execute original visual design ideas based on project requirements.
• Apply design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques to create effective visual materials.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software for media asset development.
• Coordinate with the internal Instructional Design team to understand requirements for learning content.
• Work with the Technology team to support media asset development and delivery.
• Report to the Media Lead and contribute to assigned visual design activities.
• Maintain attention to detail and ensure visual assets meet required quality standards.
• Learn and upskill on new design tools, techniques, technologies, and industry trends.
• Support the team in developing creative solutions for talent development and learning programs.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of graphic design and visual communication principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design software.
