Web Developer New Associate

Accenture is hiring a Web Developer New Associate for its Marketing Operations and Digital Marketing team in Mumbai. This is a full-time opportunity for candidates with 0–1 years of experience and a Any Graduation qualification.

The Web Developer New Associate will work with the Digital Marketing and Marketing Operations team to support digital marketing initiatives and create HTML emails for email campaigns. The role involves developing email assets using HTML and CSS, resolving technical queries, and supporting project teams in delivering digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop HTML emails for email marketing campaigns.
• Use HTML and CSS to create and maintain email campaign assets.
• Support digital marketing and marketing operations activities.
• Resolve routine technical questions and issues for the team.
• Work with team members to deliver marketing projects within defined timelines.
• Follow established guidelines and processes while completing assigned tasks.
• Support project execution and coordinate with team members when required.
• Work as an individual contributor within a focused team environment.
• Maintain quality and accuracy across assigned deliverables.
• Work in rotational shifts when required.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HTML.
• Working knowledge of CSS.
• Understanding of HTML email development and email campaigns.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, and internet-based tools is an advantage.
