Communication Coach

TaskUs is looking for an experienced Communication Coach to help teammates develop their language and professional communication competencies. The selected specialist will conduct diagnostic studies to pinpoint training needs, build strategic learning interventions, design custom training modules, and measure overall program effectiveness. Key operational duties involve running group workshops, scheduling one-on-one coaching sessions, structuring yearly training calendars alongside management, and onboarding near-hire employees. Candidates must have at least 2 years of dedicated communication training experience inside a BPO, contact centre, KPO, or digital marketing organization. Strong project management, excellent audience presentation capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and complete fluency in written and spoken English are essential to ensure programmatic success.
