Job Description
Accenture is seeking a meticulous and customer-centric Customer Service Associate to join our Intelligent Insurance Operations delivery squad in Noida. This operational role focus on driving digital transformation within the Life & Annuity - Claims Processing sector, administering insurance contracts throughout their lifecycle, and maximizing value realization for global policyholders.
Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Claims Administration & Processing: Systematically execute, evaluate, and manage life insurance and annuity contract claims, ensuring accurate review processes and prompt transaction payouts.
- Policy Lifecycles & Endorsements: Coordinate the timely issuance of new insurance coverage protocols and apply policy endorsements in strict accordance with client guidelines.
- Customer Experience & Advisory: Act as a primary contact point for policyholders, resolving routine inquiries regarding product coverage options, and delivering a transformational customer experience.
- Data Governance & Record Retention: Maintain highly organized, granular digital logs of policy transactions, account amendments, and client communications to ensure seamless audit readiness.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner internally with underwriting, sales, and core claims validation groups to address ongoing customer success requirements and resolve process exceptions under direct supervisor instructions.
- Regulatory Adherence: Verify that all processed transactions comply with rigorous insurance industry regulations, corporate risk parameters, and standard IT security policies.
Required Qualifications & Core Skill Set
- Educational Background: Holds a valid BCom (Bachelor of Commerce) degree with a firm comfort level tracking data variables.
- Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on data verification experience inside insurance backend services, financial general ledger tracking, or back-office operations.
- Core Technical Competencies: Foundational understanding of insurance terminology, claim validation methodologies, and automated database user interfaces.
- Core Soft Skills: Strong communication attributes, analytical problem-solving skills to manage moderate workloads via established precedents, a collaborative team spirit, and full readiness to support business targets in rotational shifts.
