Job Description

Accenture is seeking a highly accomplished, strategic Delivery Lead Senior Manager to steer our Network Operations and Service Assurance business vertical in Noida. This high-visibility leadership role owns multi-location delivery operations, large supplier matrices, project profit-and-loss (P&L) financials, and advanced Agentic AI-driven operational transformations for global telecom enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

  • End-to-End Operational Leadership: Direct larger cross-functional delivery teams across multiple physical locations, ensuring total alignment with senior stakeholders and corporate leadership objectives.
  • Order to Activate Lifecycle Governance: Manage the full-cycle provisioning process, supervising the validation of high-volume customer network orders for absolute technical and commercial feasibility.
  • Agentic AI Transformations: Design, champion, and deploy cognitive Agentic AI automation frameworks across activation workflows to reduce operational friction and reduce transactional delivery costs.
  • SLA & Performance Optimization: Accountable for core delivery metrics, ensuring strict adherence to turnaround time (TAT), order cycle times, fallout rates, first-time-right percentages, and rework minimization.
  • Financial & Commercial Controls: Lead project financials management, resource capacity planning, and commercial cost optimization strategies to maintain corporate profitability boundaries.
  • Cross-Functional & Supplier Orchestration: Coordinate technical requirements across Sales, Network Architecture, Field Operations, and external multi-vendor suppliers to secure a clean handover to Service Assurance.
  • Provisioning Stack Management: Govern telecom provisioning, catalog mapping, and inventory updates utilizing major software suites including Amdocs, Netcracker, and ServiceNow Order Management.

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

  • Professional Experience: 16 to 25 years of progressive IT service delivery, telco infrastructure operations, or network systems consulting history within multi-tiered global architectures.
  • Educational Background: Holds a valid graduation degree across any technical or analytical discipline (Any Graduation field).
  • Core Technical Toolkit: Advanced functional understanding of modern telecom infrastructure modelsβ€”including MPLS, DIA, SD-WAN, Voice, and Wireless systemsβ€”backed by strong core network knowledge (IP schemas, VLAN routing parameters, and read-level configuration syntax).
  • Core Soft Skills: Outstanding executive communication attributes, exceptional negotiation capabilities, data-driven analytical problem-solving properties, and matrixed stakeholder-management skills.
