FP&A Enabler

TaskUs is seeking an experienced and analytical FP&A Enabler (internally referred to as a Profitability Enabler) to join their Information Systems division on a full-time, remote basis out of Sihi, India. The primary focus of this strategic finance post centers on delivering data-driven guidance to corporate leadership regarding general financial performance, major investment opportunities, and scalable process optimization pathways to drive bottom-line profitability benchmarks.

Core day-to-day administrative and analytical responsibilities encompass driving the end-to-end execution of annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, strategic planning, and structural variance analysis cycles. The enabler will engineer advanced financial models, compile daily, weekly, and monthly management information systems (MIS), track key operational efficiency metrics, and collaborate heavily across cross-functional operations and workforce management groups to isolate revenue enhancement streams. Additionally, the specialist will evaluate financial performance by comparing actual monthly outputs with budget projections and supply highly structured ad-hoc analysis decks directly to senior management.

Furthermore, the position focuses on implementing automated reporting channels to eliminate manual workflow discrepancies and maximize data accuracy. Selected individual contributors will partner directly with accounting units to continuously refine month-end disclosures, enforce baseline cost analysis procedures, and design data visualization templates leveraging Power BI or Tableau interfaces. Candidates must possess 5+ years of robust business intelligence or business analysis experience specifically within a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment, showcase a firm understanding of P&L and financial metrics, and maintain strong interpersonal communication fluencies.
