TaskUs is seeking a dedicated Quality Analyst to join their operations team based on-site in Noida, India. The primary purpose of this role is to act as an operational backbone, verifying that client transactions and calls maintain high-quality customer experience targets while systematically protecting corporate and consumer brand reputation benchmarks.
Core day-to-day administrative and analytical responsibilities encompass evaluating transactional activities against specific Quality Guidelines set by partners, monitoring core customer satisfaction metrics, and meeting client-mandated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The analyst will track baseline interaction variables, provide descriptive feedback to management regarding process friction areas, and enforce continuous improvement workflows to resolve overall performance defects. Additionally, the specialist must safeguard internal and external login credentials, execute data entries at clear typing speeds of 30 to 35 words per minute, and join mandatory corporate training seminars.
Furthermore, the position requires managing complex workflows under tight schedule deadlines, multitasking across system applications, and quickly adjusting to rapid operational updates. Candidates must hold a college degree or vocational certification, present at least 1 year of professional background in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain, and exhibit strong written or spoken communication capabilities. Prior technical proficiency navigating multi-platform environments including Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Google tools is essential to support cross-functional delivery teams effectively.
