Senior Security Compliance Analyst

TaskUs is seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Compliance Analyst to join their Information Systems division on a full-time, remote basis out of Noida, India. The primary purpose of this strategic role is to lead and support information security governance frameworks, maintain enterprise-level trust certifications, and ensure all internal control environments map effectively to global compliance benchmarks and client performance expectations.

Core day-to-day administrative and analytical responsibilities encompass steering corporate compliance certification initiatives, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, and HITRUST protocols. The analyst will direct end-to-end evidence collection pipelines, execute regular internal audits, run rigorous gap assessments, and closely monitor remediation progress for outstanding audit findings. Additionally, the specialist will develop, enforce, and maintain technical security policies, standards, and procedures across all operational technology tracks.

Furthermore, the position involves leading the development of IT Security Risk Assessments and Business Impact Analysis (BIA) procedures, alongside executing Vendor Security Assessments for third-party tools. The analyst will provide targeted risk mitigation guidance to executive leadership, manage employee awareness training, and deliver backup incident response support during security anomalies by parsing network logs, alerts, and system traffic data. Candidates must demonstrate deep practical experience in governance frameworks, exceptional problem-solving traits, and robust technical communication skills to drive consistency in a fast-paced environment.
