Job Description

Accenture is seeking a driven, analytical Supply Chain Operations New Associate to join our high-performing Intelligent Operations division in Noida. Focused within the Fulfill - Order Management branch, this entry-level specialist position acts as an engine for logistics enablement, refining order-to-cash workflows, managing multi-tiered inventory matrices, and executing transactional transformations for Fortune 500 enterprises.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

  • End-to-End Order Management: Support full lifecycle order fulfillment workflows across web platforms and physical supply networks from initial order intake down to technical provisioning and account optimization.
  • Inventory Allocation & Verification: Review real-time catalog records and safety-stock counts to guarantee proper warehouse distribution, picking accuracy, and timely distribution runs.
  • Financial Settlement & Billing Ingestion: Coordinate daily accounting handoffs by verifying invoice matching rules, resolving purchase order receipt parameters, prioritizing batch backlogs, and activating customer billing logs.
  • Distributed Order Management (DOM): Utilize modern fulfillment technology and logistics scripts to structure multi-channel sales architectures across hybrid cloud distribution points.
  • Process Optimization Adherence: Leverage standardized organizational templates to debug minor supply route exceptions, maintain rigorous delivery timeline matrices, and mitigate order leakage metrics.
  • Team Collaboration & Reporting: Function as an individual contributor alongside internal procurement specialists, presenting ongoing pipeline status updates directly to the unit supervisor while maintaining operational flexibility for scheduled rotational shifts.

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

  • Educational Background: Holds a valid graduation degree (Any Graduation field) with a demonstrated interest in global logistics infrastructure, e-commerce networks, or industrial systems.
  • Technical & Analytical Competencies: High learning agility to navigate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools, relational databases, spreadsheet logic, and automated data entry applications.
  • Core Soft Skills: Strong team collaboration properties, sharp problem-solving capabilities, rapid adaptive reasoning to follow close supervisor instructions, and a commitment to completing project deliverables under strict cutoff times.
