Focused within the Fulfill - Order Management branch, this entry-level specialist position acts as an engine for logistics enablement, refining order-to-cash workflows, managing multi-tiered inventory matrices, and executing transactional transformations for Fortune 500 enterprises.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

  • End-to-End Order Management: Support full lifecycle order fulfillment workflows across web platforms and physical supply networks from initial order intake down to technical provisioning and account optimization.
  • Inventory Allocation & Verification: Review real-time catalog records and safety-stock counts to guarantee proper warehouse distribution, picking accuracy, and timely distribution runs.
  • Financial Settlement & Billing Ingestion: Coordinate daily accounting handoffs by verifying invoice matching rules, resolving purchase order receipt parameters, prioritizing batch backlogs, and activating customer billing logs.
  • Distributed Order Management (DOM): Utilize modern fulfillment technology and logistics scripts to structure multi-channel sales architectures across hybrid cloud distribution points.
  • Process Optimization Adherence: Leverage standardized organizational templates to debug minor supply route exceptions, maintain rigorous delivery timeline matrices, and mitigate order leakage metrics.
