TaskUs is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join the operations team as a Teammate in Noida. The primary mandate of this position is to deliver world-class customer service experiences in an accurate, respectful, and highly efficient manner across multiple communication lines. Hired candidates will research and answer inquiries coming through phone, email, and live chat, navigate internal knowledge resources, route calls properly, and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate backend departments. Additionally, teammates will keep track of emerging product trends, maintain compliance with strict operational KPIs, and work collaboratively with supervisors to cultivate a positive workplace environment. Applicants must possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities, strong problem-solving skills, emotional resilience during difficult situations, and an adaptable approach to changing business procedures.
