UKG Dell Boomi Consultant

Infosys Limited is seeking a highly analytical and technical UKG Dell Boomi Consultant to join our elite Enterprise Package Application Services business vertical in Noida. This specialized consulting position focuses on building, testing, and maintaining automated data pipelines between core workforce management software and global enterprise resource ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Boomi Integration Engineering: Architect, develop, and manage robust end-to-end integration workflows using the Dell Boomi middleware platform to bridge system communications.
• Workforce Management Synchronization: Construct and track secure data linkages connecting UKG Pro WFM (formerly Kronos Workforce Management), core HRMS tools, corporate payroll servers, and external third-party provider systems.
• API Architecture & Execution: Query and extract high-volume enterprise data directly through UKG APIs; write, validate, and maintain programmatic pipelines via REST/SOAP web services, custom platform connectors, and cloud routing logic.
• Data Governance & Mapping: Execute granular structural data mapping transformations, define custom parsing rules, establish data validation check-points, and code robust error-handling scripts.
• Production Support & Environment Diagnostics: Deliver comprehensive Level 2 and Level 3 production troubleshooting, perform systematic configuration audits, and manage post-implementation software deployment validations.
• Consulting Solution Delivery: Partner directly with business stakeholders to transform high-level operational problems into granular requirement specifications, define future target process flows, and design actionable proofs of concept (PoCs).

Required Qualifications & Technical Stack

• Professional Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven hands-on track record operating as an integration engineer or enterprise package systems consultant, featuring a minimum of 2 years dedicated exclusively to UKG Boomi ecosystems.
• Core Technical Toolkit: Practical technical command over API security methodologies (OAuth, token tokenization), database routing protocols, and enterprise payroll/HR data architectures.
• Vertical Domain Alignment: Documented consulting depth or business experience within the Retail, Logistics, or core Human Resources workspace landscapes.
• Core Soft Skills: Strong logical thinking skills, advanced analytical troubleshooting under tight deadlines, excellent technical writing, and natural capabilities to collaborate across cross-functional global squads.
